October 23-26, 2025 Wyndham Garden-2000 Loucks Road, York, PA ($124/$134 hotel room rate + breakfast included with hotel stay)
3 day crop $139 OR 4 day crop $169 (8 foot table/person!)
Meals on your own, across the lot are restaurants and HOBBY LOBBY!

Jan 15-18, 2026 Crowne Plaza -173 Jennifer Road, Annapolis, MD ($119 hotel room rate/night + breakfast included with hotel stay)
3 day crop $219 OR 4 day $249 (6 ft table per person) & includes
hot coffee & tea all weekend & Hot buffet dinner Friday (+breakfasts)

Feb/March 2026 The Grand:2100 Baltimore Ave, Ocean City MD
($104/$114/$129 hotel room rate per night-grand view/ocean view guest room/direct ocean view respectively) 3 day crop $139 and 4 day crop $169 (6 ft table per person) includes coffee & tea all weekend.
Meals are all on your own but each room INCLUDES a kitchenette and there are 3 eateries in the hotel and the hotel is on the boardwalk
